LEADER Epirus: 1st call for private projects
Grants of up to 65% for investments up to €300,000 (€400,000 for agricultural processing) in tourism, processing, crafts, services and cooperation. Covers all of Thesprotia and Ioannina prefecture, except the city of Ioannina.

TEPIX III: Loan Fund (Hellenic Development Bank)
Loans for investment and working capital for SMEs on favourable terms, with part of the capital interest-free. The resources of the current (5th) phase have been used up. For Epirus, the “Epirus 2021–2027” programme plans a separate regional TEPIX III strand for Q4 2026 – Q1 2027.
New ESPA calls for SMEs in Epirus
The “Epirus 2021–2027” programme regularly publishes calls for businesses (e.g. “Epicheiro – Kainotomo in Epirus”, “Apascholo in Epirus”, “Nea Efkairia”). There is currently no open call for private businesses. As soon as one opens, you will see it here.
National “Competitiveness 2021–2027” calls
The Ministry’s planning includes new calls for SMEs, such as green productive investment and digital transformation, with no dates announced yet. Getting your business documents ready now saves valuable time.

Can I prepare before a programme opens?
Yes, and it usually makes the difference. Permits, quotes, tax and social security clearances and a business plan take time, while deadlines are often short.
Where are calls officially published?
On espa.gr, on espa-epirus.gr for Epirus, on the Local Action Group websites (e.g. epirussa.gr for LEADER) and on ΟΠΣΚΕ, where applications are submitted.
